HSV Systemverkehre GmbH in Friedewald coordinates shipping logistics for customers with high quality demands, and Guggemos Logistik GmbH in Mengkofen-Mühlhausen combines automotive transport with warehousing and general cargo. What to expect

  • Planning vehicles, routes and loads
  • Taking orders, tracking shipments and handling customer contact
  • Coordinating with drivers, the warehouse and customer plants

  • In an apprenticeship: rotating through departments, from planning to invoicing

What you should bring

  • A commercial or logistics qualification, ideally in freight forwarding or office administration
  • For an apprenticeship: a secondary school leaving certificate and an interest in logistics
  • Confident use of office applications and transport software
  • Organisational skills and composure when deadlines get tight
  • For international transport: English is an advantage

Can I move into transport planning from another field?

We look at every application individually. Experience from driving or the warehouse helps, because you already know the flows and delivery slots; the rest we train in-house.

Do I work for one company or for the whole group?

Both exist: operational roles belong to the individual haulage company, while central services sit with GV Management GmbH.

Is English required?

Not generally. It helps a lot in international transport and customer contact, but regional work does not depend on it.
