Truck mechanic jobs in the GV Trucknet workshop
The GV Trucknet group runs 1,200 of its own trucks. To keep those vehicles safe in automotive, scheduled network and international transport, the group operates its own workshop. As a commercial vehicle mechanic you are not working on constantly changing third-party vehicles but on a fleet you get to know inside out. You see how the vehicles behave in continuous use and can plan maintenance ahead instead of only reacting.
The work ranges from scheduled servicing and diagnostics on drivetrain, braking systems, electrics and electronics to preparing statutory inspections. Because a vehicle can fail out on the road, quick support for drivers is part of the job — which is exactly why the group runs the workshop itself. Any qualifications you are missing we top up in-house.

What you should bring
- A qualification as a mechanic or mechatronics technician for commercial, motor or agricultural vehicles

- Confidence with diagnostic equipment
- Category C/CE licence is an advantage for shunting and test drives
- An independent, well-documented way of working
